:anime: Free/Low-Cost Anime Pick of the Month:: Nozomi Ent.'s YouTube Channel!

From top left, clockwise: Boogiepop Phantom, ARIA The ANIMATION, Emma: A Victorian Romance, Dirty Pair

"Free/Low-Cost Anime Pick of the Month" has showcased a number of titles over the past 3+ years, and with the proliferation and growing importance of digital distribution, that amount continues to increase more and more. There are a lot of good titles out there for many discerning tastes, so for this month's pick(s), I'll be doing something a little different, and rather than recommending a single series, I'll be recommending all of the titles from one particular company that not only exemplifies this, but targets a number of entries that might have gone unnoticed or unlicensed, otherwise. And that company is Nozomi Ent.

:anime: First Impression:: Nisemonogatari Ep. 6

<--To Nisemonogatari, Ep. 5 | To Nisemonogatari, Ep. 7-->

Nisemonogatari, Ep. 6 - "Karen Bee, Part 6"
[Crunchyroll] [Crackle] [Hulu]

Nisemonogatari continues to get better with Episode 6, which picks up right were it left off…:

--Koyomi, despite his efforts, was unable to take on all of the poison, though Karen's condition has slightly improved. Walking to Hitagi's house, he comes upon Mayoi, who notices how pale he looks. He tells her everything that has happened and remarks how "idiotic" his sisters are, but she says he's a bit like that as well, but since he was able to help save her, they must have saved many others, too. He questions whether, being kids, it's fair for him to hold them to adult standards, but Mayoi suggests that the problem may be that they are forgetting that they are kids…
